The foundational agreements governing your utilization of Mailstine's infrastructure, routing architecture, and campaign distribution platforms.
By accessing, authenticating, or executing campaigns via Mailstine, you acknowledge and agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Use. If you are operating on behalf of an enterprise or agency, you warrant that you possess the structural authority to bind that entity to this agreement.
To interface with our routing pipelines, you must establish an active account profile. You are entirely responsible for the structural integrity of your account credentials, API keys, and custom domain configurations.
Mailstine infrastructure is engineered for legitimate audience engagement. We explicitly forbid the deployment of our architecture for illicit transmissions. Users must comply with our Anti-Spam Policy. You agree not to distribute:
Services are billed in advance on a recurring structural basis (monthly or annually) according to your selected tier. All transaction records, localized currency conversions, and automated billing protocols are considered final.
If account billing fails, Mailstine reserves the right to gracefully throttle or suspend outgoing SMTP routing until your payment parameters are successfully reconciled.
While we deploy redundant fallback architectures to ensure maximum uptime, Mailstine does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted platform accessibility. Routine structural maintenance, API upgrades, or unforeseeable network layer disruptions may temporarily impact campaign deployment scheduling.
We reserve the right to instantaneously suspend, restrict, or terminate account clusters without prior notice if we detect critical violations of these Terms or high-velocity bounce rates that threaten our shared IP reputation infrastructure. Upon termination, client data will be purged strictly aligned with our Privacy Policy retention protocols.
Mailstine and its engineering operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of digital revenue, data, or operational continuity resulting from the use or inability to use our broadcast engines.
